Dyspatch provides several ways to share your exceptional emails with others to help you collaborate quickly. Get started by clicking the Preview drop down button in the Dyspatch Email Builder.
Share Link
Use the Share Link option when you need direct feedback from stakeholders that do not have Dyspatch access. You can create as many Share Links as you need, each scoped to one or many Customer Profiles available to that template's workspace, with Global Data and Template Preview Data included or excluded as needed. Anyone with the URL can leave feedback by using Dyspatch's commenting system.
Shareable Links default to being active for only 48 hours. Modify that by editing the share link and selecting a new expiration date and time.
Download as PDF, JPG, or PNG
Downloading your template is an excellent option when you have to track feedback in another application, or when sharing with stakeholders that might be more comfortable working with downloadable files like PDF, JPG, or PNG. When you download, you can choose desktop, mobile, or both, and the export includes the Preview Data and locale that are currently selected in the preview.
PDFs exported from Dyspatch have the subject line, preheader, and are fully clickable!
Send Test Email
Sometimes the best way to share an email is as an email. Use the Send Test Email option to send a preview of what's in Dyspatch.
Check the "Send to Team Members" option to send directly to an address. Forwarding the email will likely cause issues with the email's styling.
